You can delete your alola account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your access to the Service, and we delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
How to delete your account
- In the app: open Settings - Delete Account and confirm. This is the fastest method.
- By email: send a deletion request to alolaforlife@gmail.com from the address associated with your account.
What happens to your data
On deletion we remove your personal data as described in the Retention section of our Privacy Policy. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes (for example, financial records related to past payments). Wallet balances that have not been used may be forfeited on deletion — please withdraw or use any balance before deleting your account.
