Is alola safe?
Yes. Every driver is verified and rated, and every trip includes live tracking and the ability to share your route with loved ones.
How do I pay?
You can pay by card, wallet, or cash depending on your region. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we never store your full card number.
What is Ride Share?
Ride Share matches you with others heading the same way so you can split the cost — without sacrificing safety or predictability.
Can I cancel a ride?
Yes. You can cancel from within the app. Cancellation terms follow our Terms of Service.
Where is alola available?
alola is available now in Amman, Jordan, and we are expanding to more cities soon.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account anytime from Settings in the app, through our account deletion page, or by emailing alolaforlife@gmail.com.
